Complete an Undergraduate Petition for Change of Major and submit it to the academic counseling office in the school or program to which you want to change. The petition is approved by the dean and sent to the Registrar's Office for processing. You may obtain a petition at the Registrar's Office (215 ADM) or at the counseling office. A request for a double major must have approval of both schools or programs before submission to the Registrar's Office. See the following school web sites for specific information:
