Transfer students finally have a support group just for them. There will be regular meetings, mentorship, and workshops so membership in the club will be a huge asset to all transfer students. The TSA web site will soon have a message board so that transfer students can connect with each other without having to go to meetings (which can be difficult for some transfer students). If you are interested in joining the TSA, contact the club at transferclub@uci.edu.

UC Irvine has just established a Tau Sigma chapter. Eligibility is determined by a transfer student's GPA only during their first full-time quarter at UCI (it must be 3.5 or higher). Contact the club for more information.

Search UCI's Web Site

Use the above link and enter what you would like to find in the search box. Click on "Quick Link" first. If you don't find what you are looking for that way, go back and click on "Full Search" this time. All references to your search words on the UCI site will appear in the results. You can also search for faculty, staff, and student contact information using the "Person" search.

UCI's Office of Financial Aid

Transfer Tip: The UCI deadline for FAFSA filing is March 2!! Don't miss this deadline or your financial aid for the next year will be affected.

This page has links to contact information for academic counselors for all UCI schools and academic units. UCI students are encouraged to plan their class schedules with an academic counselor.

Check out the academic calendar as well as information about registering for classes, grades, and transcripts.

Career Center

The Career Center provides assistance to transfer students in preparing for graduate school and for a career following graduation. If you are trying to make the most out of your time at UC Irvine, you must make an appointment with a career counselor as soon as possible. Watch for special transfer student workshops throughout the year.
