The Transfer Services Counseling Program (TSCP) is a program within UCI's Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE). The program was begun in recognition of the fact that transfer students frequently have special circumstances that place unusual demands on their time and call for specialized assistance. The primary role of the TSCP is to help transfer students quickly locate appropriate sources of advice and other services relevant to their educational and student life needs.

In consideration of the tight schedules of most transfer students, the Transfer Services Counselor, Shelly Brown, is conveniently available to advise students by email, phone, or in person. In addition, the TSCP and The Center for Educational Partnerships are co-sponsors of the Transfer Houses in Arroyo Vista. All UCI transfer students are invited to workshops and activities we sponsor within the Transfer Houses.
