The Transfer Services Counseling Program is not able to help prospective transfer students with specific individual issues related to admission to UC Irvine (e.g. analyzing transcripts, admission status, UC eligibility). For admission assistance beyond what is found on this web site, please contact UCI's Office of Admissions and Relations with Schools and an admissions counselor will be happy to assist you.

The TSCP is located on the second floor of the Student Services II building, together with the Transfer Student Center and Lounge. The Student Services II building is across Ring Road from the Student Center, the UCI Bookstore and Starbucks.

Availability

Transfer students have many convenient ways to get in touch with the TSCP. The quickest and most convenient way to get a response is by email. Shelly checks her email many times each day and evening, including weekends, so your message will always get a prompt response. Additionally, feel free to leave a voice-mail message by calling 949-824-1142. The TSCs are working off-campus two days per week so if you leave a telephone message, it may not be returned the same day. Urgent or time-sensitive requests for help should be emailed. Students are always welcome to stop by the office, just email ahead of time to make sure that Shelly or Helen will be in the office at that time.

The TSCP welcomes and encourages your input regarding anything that you think would be of benefit to transfer students. If you are looking for something on this web site and it is not found, please contact us. It would be very helpful to hear both positive and negative feedback on the program's services, web site, accessibility, etc. so keep us updated on what we are doing right and what we could do better.

Shelly and Helen are always happy to make appearances (e.g. club meetings, workshops, seminars, orientations, etc.) at your request so please do not hesitate to ask.
